Real Estate Lawyer (Developers and Investors) at Womble Bond Dickinson

The role

Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their busy Southampton team. This role will focus on high-value real estate investment and development work, supporting clients such as funds, asset managers, property companies, and occupiers.

What you'll do

Lead and support on excellent quality investment and development work
Take a proactive role in helping build and maintain client relationships
Help further develop market share and brand awareness
Run transactions from the outset
Supervise and mentor others in the team to deliver transactions
Be involved in business development activities
Contribute to an aspirational growth strategy for the team
Supervise more junior members of the team

What we're looking for

At least 3 years post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor

Skilled in managing real estate investment transactions

Experience of working with real estate investors and managing landlord & tenant issues

Technically proficient real estate lawyer with extensive exposure to quality real estate investment work

First class technical and commercial advice ability

Business and sector insight

Rounded knowledge of running transactions

Client handling skills

Strong internal and external networking skills

Experience of supervising the work of others· nice to have

Enjoy devoting time to share expertise through coaching and mentoring· nice to have
