Employment Associate - Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, Scotland

The role

An Employment Associate with 4+ years of PQE is sought by CMS to join their UK Employment group in Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, or Sheffield. This role involves advising commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including tribunal litigation and strategic projects.

What you'll do

• Advise commercial clients on day-to-day employment matters
• Advise on employment law aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings
• Advise on employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation
• Advise on collective matters such as restructuring/redundancies, integration and TUPE, and industrial relations
• Advise on investigations, including regulatory investigations
• Advise on strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements
• Advise clients on cross-jurisdictional projects and matters with an international angle
