The role
Cooley is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of PQE for their Los Angeles office. The role is within the firm's business and securities litigation practice group and focuses on complex commercial litigation.
What we're looking for
2-6 years of significant litigation experience
Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
Project-based experience
Ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments
Ability to continuously produce thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality
Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff
High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
Current admittance to the California bar
Experience in the areas of technology litigation· nice to have
Experience in class action defense· nice to have
Experience in company v. company disputes· nice to have
