The role

What you'll do
- Manage cases
- Conduct research
- Litigate matters including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
What we're looking for
Three to five years of litigation experience
Experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation
Excellent academic credentials
Strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills
Strong case management and research skills
Experience litigating matters through all phases of litigation
Experience litigating matters particularly in federal courts
Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location
German fluency is preferred· nice to have
