The role
Cooley is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with 3-7 years of PQE for their Boston office. This role focuses on core M&A matters, including document drafting, client management, and supervising junior attorneys.

- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents
- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
Strong M&A skills
Experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
Experience managing deal process and client relationships
Experience supervising junior associates
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
