The role

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Disputes + Investigations for their Melbourne Litigation practice. This role is ideal for an admitted lawyer in the early stages of their career with a genuine interest in litigation, offering the opportunity to gain experience on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters.

What you'll do

• Work on significant commercial disputes, class actions and regulatory matters
• Analyse complex problems
• Develop case strategy
• Work with clients and counsel
• Prepare major matters for court
• Work on and assist with the recently announced Royal Commission representing the Victorian State Government
