The role
Kennedys is seeking a motivated Associate with 2+ PQE to join their Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This role focuses on insurance litigation defense for high-value cases, supporting a Partner and Senior Associate.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases
- Handle and assist with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport related concussion claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention
What we're looking for
2+ years' UK qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience
Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work
Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
Experience of negotiation
