Senior Associate - Corporate Transactions - Technology, Media & Communications and Gambling M&A - London

The role

CMS is seeking a Senior Associate for their Corporate Transactions practice in London. This role focuses on M&A within the Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) and Gambling sectors, requiring at least 5 years of PQE. The position involves advising dynamic growth companies and investors on complex domestic and cross-border deals.

What you'll do

• Take the lead role on a huge array of corporate transactions
• Manage teams of associates and trainees in the London office and teams of lawyers elsewhere in the UK and overseas
• Develop existing and new client relationships
• Source and develop contacts and prospects
• Support the firm in developing its business and raising the profile of the firm in the TMC and Gambling sectors
• Supervise and train mid-level and junior associates and trainees
• Adopt and encourage the adoption of a sophisticated approach to AI usage in your work and that of the team
