Senior Associate/Of Counsel (Finance & Capital Markets) at Walkers

The role

Walkers is seeking a Senior Associate/Of Counsel with 5+ years of PQE to join its Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. This role will involve advising clients on a broad range of significant, cross-border debt capital markets, finance, and securitisation transactions.

What you'll do

Work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients
Advise clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions

What we're looking for

5+ years of post-qualification experience

Prior experience in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets in a recognised practice or in-house

Strong academic credentials

Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills

High level of commercial and business awareness

Calm and measured approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a high performance team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines
