The role
Baker McKenzie is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Tax Associate with 3-7 years of experience for its Tax Planning and Transactions practice in Chicago, Dallas, or Houston. This role involves advising companies on complex cross-border transactions and US tax issues.
What you'll do
- Advise companies on and assist in the implementation of complex cross-border transactions
- Draft memoranda and opinions on current, complex US tax issues
What we're looking for
3-7 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax issues
Ability to manage projects and work with colleagues in different practice groups and countries
Ability to learn and embrace new, developing areas of the tax law
Top academic credentials
Admitted to and a member in good standing of that state's bar in which office you are applying to
