Senior Associate - Real Estate at K&L Gates

The role

K&L Gates is seeking a Senior Associate for their Real Estate practice in Perth, Australia. This role is for an experienced lawyer to work with a partner and team on a variety of complex real estate matters, offering opportunities for skill development and autonomous client work.

What you'll do

Assist clients with their acquisitions and disposals of development sites and built form assets
Advise on urban renewal projects and property developments
Undertake legal due diligence of real estate
Assist clients with their investment and co-investment structuring
Act for landlords and tenants with their major leasing requirements
Act on property aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects
Support other teams within the firm on the property aspects of their major projects and transactions
Supervise and coach junior lawyers

Experience working in a well-respected firm on a full range of property transactions, including development projects, investments, acquisitions, disposals and leasing
