Private Clients and Family Office Lawyer/Senior Associate/Special Counsel

The role

Arnold Bloch Leibler is seeking a Private Clients and Family Office Lawyer/Senior Associate/Special Counsel with 5+ years of PQE to join their Melbourne or Sydney office. This role will focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on a broad range of personal, financial, philanthropic, and business matters.

What you'll do

• Advise on family office structuring and governance
• Advise on the acquisition, sale and restructuring of family and privately owned businesses
• Advise on private capital investments and other M&A transactions
• Advise on trusts, asset protection and wealth structuring
• Advise on family agreements and succession planning
• Advise on estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer
• Advise on philanthropic structures, foundations and social investment
• Coordinate legal, tax and commercial advice across a family’s broader affairs
• Take ownership of matters
• Work closely with senior practitioners and specialists across the firm
• Build direct, long-term relationships with clients and their advisers
• Contribute to the continuing development and growth of the practice
