Associate - Corporate, M&A

The role

Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join their Corporate practice in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and offers the opportunity to work on significant domestic and international transactions.

What you'll do

• Drafting and negotiating deal documents required in respect of the types of Corporate transactions listed above
• Running all elements of transactions with an appropriate level of partner guidance
• Advising clients on ongoing advisory matters
• Managing due diligence exercises and carrying out or overseeing relevant elements of due diligence
• Managing more junior Associates / Trainees on deal teams and in the wider Corporate Department
• Partaking in business development, education, and marketing initiatives
