Environmental Litigation Associate
Key requirements
Strong background in environmental/toxic tort litigation Significant experience with agency enforcement defense and regulatory compliance counseling Experience with conducting environmental diligence for corporate transactions Knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and California’s Prop 65
The role
Morrison & Foerster seeks an Environmental Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of PQE for their San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle offices. This role focuses on complex environmental law matters within the firm's Environmental Litigation Practice Group.

- Manage discovery
What we're looking for
Strong background in environmental/toxic tort litigation
Significant experience with agency enforcement defense and regulatory compliance counseling
Experience with conducting environmental diligence for corporate transactions
Knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and California’s Prop 65
Experience with drafting briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses
Experience preparing and supporting depositions and oral arguments
Experience managing discovery
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong case management skills
Strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in
