The role

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for its Digital Infrastructure practice in Miami. The role will focus on a broad spectrum of complex digital infrastructure matters globally, with an emphasis on data centers, fiber networks, and related financing and M&A transactions, for candidates with 2-4 years of experience.

What you'll do

• Support a broad spectrum of complex digital infrastructure matters
• Focus on data-center related matters such as development and colocation and hyperscaler lease arrangements
• Focus on terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization
• Focus on operational agreements related to infrastructure assets
• Focus on associated financing and purchase and sale transactions
• Take on substantial responsibility and leadership in a cutting edge and fast-paced practice
