Senior Associate - Financial Disputes at TLT

The role

TLT is seeking a Senior Associate for its Financial Disputes team in London or Manchester. This role is for a qualified lawyer with 3+ years of PQE who will be involved in running a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients and providing strategic legal advice.

What you'll do

Run a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients
Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of disputes and claims, working closely alongside senior members of the team
Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships and building on new ones
Collaborate with colleagues across office locations nationwide

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor 3+ years PQE

Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation

Forward thinker with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills

Self-motivation with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines

Commercial awareness with an enthusiasm for business development

Ability to understand client business needs

Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to a collaborative culture
