Litigation Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) at Reed Smith

The role

Reed Smith is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate for their Philadelphia office. This role is within the Global Commercial Disputes Practice and is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of law firm experience in commercial litigation and business disputes.

What we're looking for

Must be a current member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing or be willing to take the Pennsylvania bar at the first available opportunity

Must have outstanding academic credentials

Must have 1-3 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation

Background in commercial litigation, business disputes, and/or product liability and mass torts

Relevant experience can include handling matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer protection, and product liability claims

Prior clerkship experience is a plus but is not required· nice to have
