The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Solicitor for its Private Client Advisory team in Brighton. This role will support Naomi Neville, Head of Lifetime and Estate Planning, and is ideal for an individual with strong experience in advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate, tax, and succession planning matters.

What we're looking for

Strong experience advising on complex and high-value matters, including wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration

Ideally STEP qualified or working towards qualification

Skilled in lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates

Strong financial discipline and ability to collaborate with other teams and external professionals

Enthusiastic about business development and building strong client and referrer relationships

A team player with a passion for growth and innovation
