Advise on research collaborations
Advise on promotional arrangements
Advise on other commercial contracts including supply and manufacturing transactions
Advise on IP advisory and protection
Advise on regulatory issues in life sciences
Advise on data protection
Advise on due diligence for corporate and broader commercial transactions relating to life sciences
