The role
Shoosmiths is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE in Employment law to join their team. This role will be based in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, or Manchester and involves advising clients on a varied caseload of pensions matters.
What you'll do
- Work alongside the partners of the team on key clients
- Deliver ongoing advisory support
- Deliver project work, including risk transfer projects
- Draft detailed deeds and other documents
- Advise clients on day to day matters
- Advise clients on complex one-off projects
What we're looking for
5+ years PQE
Experience sufficient to support the delivery of pensions advice on day to day matters and complex one-off projects
Ability to manage own workload advising clients
Self-starter able to meet deadlines
Up to date with pensions law
Ability to offer supervision to more junior members of the team· nice to have
