Associate, Volume EL/PL

The role

Kennedys is seeking an ambitious Junior Associate with 0-2 years of PQE to join their Litigation practice in Birmingham, Manchester, or Sheffield. The role involves managing a caseload of complex EL/PL claims, working alongside experienced partners and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Manage a varied caseload of complex and high-volume employers' liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims
• Handle litigated matters across the fast, intermediate and multi-track
• Manage cases involving cross-border quantum investigations
