The role
Burges Salmon is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of PQE to join their leading practice in Bristol. This role will involve advising on complex and high-value real estate disputes for a broad client base, collaborating with specialists across the firm.
What you'll do
- Provide advice to clients on risk/asset management at a pre-action stage
- Advise on the full spectrum of commercial and complex residential property related disputes, including mediations, arbitrations and contested litigation
What we're looking for

Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
Be self-motivated, willing to learn and can work autonomously
Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
1-2 years PQE
