The role
DWF is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Motor Claims team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. This role is for a legal professional with 2+ years of PQE, focusing on litigated Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims.
What you'll do
- Manage a varied caseload of Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims, from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with experts
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
What we're looking for
