What you'll do

Gain hands-on experience
Gain meaningful responsibility
Gain direct client exposure
Advise NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, insurers, and medical practitioners on a broad range of matters including clinical negligence claims, employers' and public liability claims, healthcare regulatory matters, medical insurance coverage disputes, inquests and judicial reviews, and health law and governance advice

What we're looking for

A qualifying law degree or a non-law degree and successful completion of the GDL/PGDL

LLM SQE1 & SQE2 and pass the SQE assessments prior to starting the Training Contract

Candidates from a non-law background will also be required to complete a law conversion course (GDL/PGDL) before commencing the LLM SQE programme

We also welcome applications from candidates who have already completed the LPC
