The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3+ years of M&A and Private Equity experience for its San Diego office. The role will focus on sophisticated M&A transactions and advising companies and investors on strategic transactions and financings.
What you'll do
- Take a leading role in sophisticated M&A transactions
- Advise emerging and established companies, investors, strategics, and other market participants on a broad range of strategic transactions, capital market and/or venture capital financings, and general corporate matters
What we're looking for
3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and/or venture capital experience
Admission in good standing to the California bar
