The role
Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Finance Lawyer Associate with 4+ PQE to join their Middle East Banking & Finance practice in Dubai. This role involves providing high-quality legal advice on complex banking, finance, and restructuring matters for regional and international clients.
What you'll do
- Advise on a broad range of complex and high-value finance transactions
- Involved in all aspects of transactional finance work, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending
- Drafting and reviewing financing documentation
- Supporting deal structuring
- Conducting due diligence
- Assisting on the negotiation and execution of transactions
- Work directly with clients, including lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and businesses
What we're looking for
