Structured Finance Associate at Maples Group

The role

Maples Group is seeking a Structured Finance Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join its Finance department in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on advising on a variety of capital markets and structured finance products and related issues.

What you'll do

Advise on a wide variety of capital markets and structured finance products and related issues such as CLOs, RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures
Advise on fund-linked structured fund products
Advise on repackagings
Advise on lending platforms
Advise on debt issuance programmes

What we're looking for

3-5 years of post qualification experience

Traineeship and experience gained within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally

Strong academic background

Excellent written communication and drafting skills

Excellent technical knowledge

Strong commercial awareness

Understanding of debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions

Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues· nice to have

Ability to work well within a team environment· nice to have
