The role
The Maples Group is seeking a Finance & Banking Associate with 3-5 years of PQE to join their Dublin-based team. This role focuses on advising on a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
What you'll do
- Advise on fund finance facilities and structures including direct lending by private credit funds
- Support and advise on leveraged acquisition financing transactions
- Work on real estate investment and development financing matters
- Advise on enforcement strategies, standstill arrangements and restructurings
- Act for a client base comprising domestic and international clients, and for both lenders and borrowers
- Engage in business development activities, being active in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling
- Work as part of a team, including supervising junior lawyers’ work and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team
What we're looking for
