Tax - Associate

The role

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is seeking an ambitious Tax Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Dublin tax team. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work, advising on complex legal and tax matters for high-profile clients.

What you'll do

• Advise on all the tax aspects of corporate reorganisation, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland
• Advise on mergers, demergers, acquisitions, disposals, public offerings and corporate finance generally
• Advise on private equity transactions from initial investment to exit
• Advise on property transactions
• Advise on share based remuneration schemes
• Advise on employment taxation
• Advise on VAT and indirect taxes
• Advise on stamp duty
• Advise on tax disputes
