Construction Associate, 2PQE+, Dublin

The role

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Construction Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their expanding Dublin practice. This role will focus on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, acting for a variety of corporate entities, developers, contractors, and banks on infrastructure, energy, and projects.

What you'll do

• Support a wide variety of construction work advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, sub-contractors and professional teams in relation to project procurement techniques and dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms
• Assist in the drafting of and advise clients on a range of construction issues and documentation including consultant appointments, warranties, building contracts and development agreements
• Assist in dispute management including in conciliation adjudications and litigation
• Administer large volumes of documents
• Work closely with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships
• Provide timely and quality advice whilst managing expectations
• Work collaboratively as a cohesive team to execute large-scale, high-value, client matters
• Take a leading role on some matters
