The role
A&L Goodbody is seeking a qualified Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE to join their Corporate and M&A practice in Belfast. This role is for an ambitious lawyer looking to gain experience in significant corporate transactions, advising leading companies and investors.
What you'll do
- Providing legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors
- Providing legal advice to private equity and venture capital providers in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland
What we're looking for
