The role
A Tax Lawyer with 2+ years of PQE is sought by A&L Goodbody in Belfast to join their leading Corporate and M&A practice. The role involves developing expertise on significant corporate transactions for leading companies and private equity providers.
What you'll do
- Provide legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors along with private equity and venture capital providers in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland
