Lawyer - Tax

The role

A&L Goodbody is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer with 5 years of PQE for their Dublin office. This role will involve working with leading corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of Irish taxation advisory and transactional services within the Tax practice group.

What you'll do

• Provide Irish taxation advisory and transactional services
• Advise on international tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment projects into Ireland
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, demergers and IPOs
• Advise on tax controversy matters
• Advise on capital markets and structured finance transactions
• Advise on private equity transactions
• Advise on transfer pricing
• Advise on asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment
• Advise on real estate tax
