The role
A Lawyer - General Finance position at A&L Goodbody in Dublin, Ireland, for a professional with 1+ years of PQE. This role involves advising clients on significant and complex finance transactions within a leading Irish finance practice.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of finance mandates including corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, fund finance, direct lending, loan portfolio sales, and advising financial institutions and alternative lenders on lending products
