Lawyer - Structured Finance at A&L Goodbody

The role

A&L Goodbody is seeking a Lawyer with 2-5 years of PQE in Structured Finance to join their Finance practice in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves advising clients on complex and high-value structured finance transactions.

What you'll do

Advise Irish banks and non-bank lenders on the securitisation of their residential mortgage and auto loan books
Advise international banks and financial institutions on all types of structured finance transactions involving Irish “section 110” companies
Advise various private equity and hedge funds, credit funds and other institutional clients on the establishment of direct lending platforms and other credit transactions
Advise managers, arrangers and investors on CLO transactions
Provide structuring solutions for various private equity and institutional credit and asset managers
Advise on all forms of fund finance
Provide advice on all types of regulatory matters pertinent to the practice group

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor

2-5 years PQE

Structured finance experience from a training contract or mid-tier law firm

Ambitious and enthusiastic

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
