The role

Fieldfisher is seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years of experience to join their Real Estate team in Manchester. This role focuses on transactional real estate matters, with an emphasis on landlord and tenant asset management and general development work.

What you'll do

Advise on a broad range of transactional real estate matters
Attend and assist with organising client events and seminars
Check work with supervisor in advance

What we're looking for

1-3 years post-qualification experience

Experience in Landlord and Tenant asset management work

Experience acting for both Landlord clients and corporate occupiers

General real estate transactional experience

Genuine interest in commercial and residential development work

Demonstrate commercial awareness of own practice area

Consistently meet hours/billing targets

Build knowledge of clients and their sectors

Build confidence in giving legal advice to clients

Shows awareness of how to identify potential new business opportunities

Interprets and solves problems using research and analysis
