Senior Associate - Employment

The role

Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking a Senior Associate to join their top-tier Employment Law practice in Dublin. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 4+ years of PQE and aspirations for partnership, focusing on advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters and managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

What you'll do

• Advise on all aspects of Irish employment law
• Manage the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advise on commercial issues involving, in particular, agency and outsourcing contracts
• Manage employment related litigation both before the WRC and the civil courts
• Advise clients on strategic HR issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals
• Manage client relationships and client development
• Lead, manage and train associates and other team members
