The role
King & Spalding seeks a mid-level associate or senior associate/counsel for its Structured Finance & Securitization practice in New York. This role will focus on esoteric securitization transactions, including whole business, digital infrastructure, and media royalty securitizations, as well as structured private credit facilities, for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
