The role
Cooley is seeking a 2027 Fall Associate for their Business Litigation practice group in Palo Alto. This entry-level role is for a recent law school graduate with a strong interest in litigation and the ability to grow within the field.
What you'll do
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal citations
- Maintain organized case files
- Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies
