The role
Cooley is seeking a 2027 Fall Associate for their Business Litigation practice in New York. This entry-level role is for graduating 3L law students interested in developing a career in litigation.
What you'll do
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal citations
- Maintain organized case files
- Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies
