The role

Cooley is seeking a 2027 Fall Associate for its Antitrust practice in Washington D.C. This entry-level role is for JD graduates with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in antitrust law, including regulatory merger reviews, government investigations, and civil litigation.

What we're looking for

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

Experience or demonstrated interest in antitrust or adjacent areas, including regulatory merger reviews, government investigations and/or civil litigation

Experience with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and/or the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition

Other demonstrated background/interest in antitrust law or economics

Focus on or demonstrated interest in technology, life sciences or economics· nice to have
