The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Technology practice group. This role will focus on advising leading companies on complex data, privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulatory issues.
What you'll do
- Deal with complex data, privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues
- Represent clients in high-stakes investigations brought by the FTC and state Attorneys General
- Provide clients with practical advice on how to collect, use, and share data and comply with complex global privacy laws
- Devise thoughtful and effective business and legal responses to security breaches
- Help clients create, enhance, and audit privacy and cybersecurity policies and programs
- Develop and implement global compliance programs

Admission to the bar in the US
