Finance Associate

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Associate with 1-4 years of PQE to join its highly-ranked Manchester team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value financing matters in corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance for a range of UK and international clients.

What you'll do

• Work across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance
• Work on a mix of regional, national and international transactions
• Support senior team members on complex matters
• Draft and lead on the negotiation of principal finance documents
• Play a key role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively
• Start to build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives
• Collaborate closely within a high-performing Manchester team and the wider national practice
