The role

This role is for a Lawyer in Sparke Helmore's Commercial Insurance team in Perth. The position is ideal for a lawyer with prior litigation experience and an interest in insurance law, who is looking to work on diverse matters.

What you'll do

• Advise and act for Australian-based insurers, London-based syndicates and underwriters and government agencies
• Undertake litigation and dispute resolution matters for a wide variety of defendant businesses nationwide
• Work across practice groups on a variety of interesting matters to include professional indemnity, personal injury, property damage, medical malpractice, and construction disputes
