Associate (1-2PQE) - Insurance (General Liability, D&O, Professional Indemnity) at Clyde & Co

The role

Clyde & Co is seeking an Associate with 1-2 years of PQE to join their Insurance practice group in Perth, Australia. This role will support Partner Jehan-Philippe Wood, focusing on general liability, D&O, and professional indemnity matters.

What you'll do

Be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome
Work with an energetic team on a wide range of interesting matters
Actively develop client relationships with the assistance of the partner

What we're looking for

1-2 years PQE

Litigation background gained within private practice

Strong academic credentials

Self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently

Commercial awareness

Confidence in building rapport with clients

Some insurance related experience· nice to have

General insurance litigation, professional indemnity, D&O claims, property damage, public liability, contentious regulatory experience· nice to have
