The role
Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking an Associate with 3-4 years of PQE in Commercial Litigation/Arbitration for their Brisbane office. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant, high-value commercial disputes and arbitration matters within a market-leading practice group.
What you'll do
- Advise on complex, high-value commercial disputes
- Advise on regulatory investigations
- Advise on enforcement proceedings
- Advise on strategic dispute resolution
- Work closely with partner Josh Paffey
- Gain exposure to technically challenging disputes
- Develop strong client relationships
- Build deep expertise in complex commercial litigation matters
- Engage directly with clients
What we're looking for
Approximately 3-4 years' post-admission experience
Experience gained at a leading Australian, international or specialist disputes or litigation practice
Experience advising on commercial litigation, disputes, or arbitration matters
Experience managing aspects of complex matters and working directly with clients
Strong technical capability combined with commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in dispute resolution and commercial litigation
