The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 1-5 years of experience in M&A to join their New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco office. This role will support leading technology and growth companies.

Experience with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities (including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt)
Strong academic credentials
Transactional experience
Admission to the bar in the relevant office’s jurisdiction
