The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 1-5 years of experience to join their M&A practice in New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. The role will focus on assisting leading technology and growth companies with various debt and credit facilities.

What we're looking for
1-5 years of experience in commercial finance and/or debt capital markets
Experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds, and/or with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities (including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt)
Strong academic credentials
Transactional experience
Admission to the bar in the relevant office’s jurisdiction
