The role
Goodwin is seeking an entry-level Tax Associate to join their Silicon Valley office. This role is for candidates graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a JD or LLM, who have a demonstrated interest in tax law and transactional practice within the firm's Tax group.
What you'll do
- Work collaboratively in teams
- Assume increasing responsibility for components of transactions
- Develop the ability to manage assignments independently
