Draft primary deal documents

What we're looking for

3-5 years of project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders

Focus on renewable power and energy transition

Capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents

Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment

Strong academic credentials

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit

Experience with purchase and sale agreements· nice to have

Experience with investment agreements (including tax equity)· nice to have

Experience with financing agreements· nice to have

Experience with joint venture agreements· nice to have
