The role
WilmerHale is seeking a Tax Associate with 3-5 years of PQE to join their Tax practice in New York. This role will focus on transactional tax matters for a leading international law firm.
What we're looking for
Three to five years of post-JD experience
Experience with transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity)
Strong research and writing skills
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Partnership/LLC and joint ventures experience· nice to have
